Custom Artwork

If you do not already have a logo, we highly recommend you choose from our wonderful Stock Design Library, where current artwork and setup files already exist.   In this case, we may recommend placing a traditional namedrop with your company’s name and/or event into the pre-existing artwork that we supply.  This is our preferred method.

For our customers who wish to work beyond our Stock Design Library, we offer Custom Artwork (billed with an additional charge).

 

CUSTOM ARTWORK FILE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:  
All art files submitted to Town Talk Headwear for embroidery must be clean, vectorized and received in the following format:
.EPS, .AI, .PDF, or we can except .PSD, .JPG, .JPEG, .GIF, .TIF, .BMP at an additional charge.

(Hand-drawn sketches aren’t considered “clean,” and are subject to a Setup Fee  for “Custom Logo Design.”)

Note: If your artwork isn't received in an editable format (layered vectors), this cost will be included as part of your Setup Fee.

 

MOCK ARTWORK
Upon request, Town Talk Headwear offers mock artwork to customers wishing to see their specific logos and designs placed directly onto specific products, in the form of a graphic visual representation, (also referred to as a "mockup").  

All art files submitted for mockups *MUST* be delivered in layered vector format (.EPS, .AI, .PDF) or as a digitized Embroidery file (.DST) for specific alternations such as color, size/scale, and placement onto mock artwork.  If no such files exist, we can provide you with a vectorized version of your artwork at an additional cost, which is included in your Setup Fee.

Note:  If we already have  your artwork on file, we can generally work with those previous orders for minor updates and revisions.  All other modifications and changes to artwork will be subject to a Setup Fee for costs of converting your file to a vector-layered format.
