Town Talk Headwear is happy to replace a product with another selection, or refund according to our guarantee described above. To return or exchange an item:
- Repack the product in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.
- Obtain a product return number by calling Customer Service at 1-800-626-2220 during business hours 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
- Include the product return number in the following return shipping address:

- For your security, please return your product with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Town Talk Headwear is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
- If you are returning a product because it is damaged or defective or you did not receive the product ordered, Town Talk Headwear will provide a prepaid USPS return label.
- No cancellations will be allowed on direct embroidery or patch emblem orders once the order has been processed. Pre-booked orders are processed upon receipt. All requests for changes or cancellations must be made in writing. No returns will be accepted without written authorization from the comapny. Town Talk Headwear reserves the right to dispose of all returns as we deem appropriate. A 20% restocking fee may apply.
Refund requests should be made when contacting Customer Service to obtain a product return number. Please follow the product return process described above. When we receive your return, we will issue a credit. Your original payment method is used unless otherwise noted. Please allow 6-8 weeks from return of product for processing of your refund request.
